Expert panel: finding & Building your online community

To kick-off my resources on Finding and Building Your Online Community, I held a webinar panel on May 6th, 2020, which showcased four experts in digital community building:

  • Bernardo Bastien (Founder of Planeteando)

  • Dr. Raul Pacheco-Vega (Founder of #ScholarSunday and Provider of advice and tips for graduate students via his blog and Twitter engagement)

  • Dr. Sarah McAnulty (Founder of Skype a Scientist)

  • Dr. Michele Tobias (Founder of the weekly Twitter #gischat).

Panelists shared experiences and tips in finding and building their online communities, identifying their audience and audience needs, strategizing content development, and leveraging online community for professional opportunities.
